Tandem Saveurs Nomades

The blue of the sea, the green of the forests, the warmth of the wood and the gold of the plants in the tropical sunsets. This is how the interior design project for the tandem restaurant came about, an aesthetic contamination rooted in the gastronomic fusion cuisine offered by Thierry Marx’s former sous-chefs, Cédric and William.

The customer’s visual experience begins with the minimalist gold-coloured sterilisations that accompany the eye through the first part of the restaurant; it then continues in the central corridor with the same tropical motifs and culminates in the large dining room, with a blue forest that harmonises the colours of the walls, creating a chromatic continuum.
