In the heart of the Périgord vineyards, near Bergerac, Michelin-starred chef Thierry Marx opens a new gastronomic chapter with the inauguration of his restaurant. An exceptional place for the Dordogne, nestled within the Verdots wine estate, where nature, architecture, and gastronomy converse with art.

The inspiration comes directly from the surrounding wine-growing landscape, conceived specifically for the restaurant’s spaces: green hues, vine rows in the sunlight, floral details, warm tones reminiscent of the site’s materials.
The mural opens onto the Château de Saint-Cernin as well as the Vignoble des Verdots, strengthening the deep connection between the restaurant, its terroir, and its winemaking history. It fully contributes to the restaurant’s identity, offering visitors an immersive experience where art and gastronomy meet profoundly.
